The property is located on the west side of the island of Mahe overlooking the ocean. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The property borders a residential area and a reserve area consisting of endemic protected plants. The building itself is only one year old, with a well maintain garden with fruits trees, palm trees and flowers. There are 8 shops in the area, 3 restaurants and 3 fastfood takeaways. There is also a biodiversity centre, a horse riding centre, a marshland area, 5 beautiful beaches and some mountain trails. The area is popular for diving, snorkeling and fishing.
