Abhaye was formally structured in 2004 to combine all companies under one roof with different business activities. The flag ship of Abhaye was the main company Abhaye Valabhji Pty Ltd known as AV by its customers and suppliers.
The founder of Abhaye Valabhji Pty Ltd was Mr. Abhaye Valabhji himself in 1962 as a small retailer purchasing from other wholesalers and importers dealing in general merchandise.
With the vision to be unique in business in the Seychelles Island the company expanded and diversified its line of business and today as we stand are among the top five corporate bodies in the Country.
We cater to our customers needs with a number of showrooms well situated in Mahe & Praslin each specializing in different line of products.
The company has managed to capture majority share in vehicles, outboards and household appliances by focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
It had also diversified into other areas of business like Real Estate, Marine Business, Hotel Supplies, and Automobile Industry.
With the identification of "AV" common in Seychelles it is now headed by Mr. Anil Valabhji who took over as the Managing Director in 1989 and manages the Abhaye of companies with over 100 dedicated staff.
