Founded in 1976, the Underwater Centre has been at the fore-front of diving in Seychelles for over three decades and was instrumental in the setting up of the Association of Professional Divers, Seychelles as well as the Marine Conservation Society, Seychelles and the Shark Research Institute, Seychelles.
Over the past years the Underwater Centre has offered services from a number of bases in Seychelles and has already been recognised as Seychelles Dive Centre of the Year four times.
Dive Seychelles was awarded the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence in 2016 & 2017!

You can get to us by any taxi directly, just ask for the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort; taxi journeys from Victoria are around 20 minutes, subject to traffic.

DIVE SITES
INSHORE / SHORT-RANGE NW DIVE SITES:
Inshore sites are those less than 5 km away from our base at the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay and consequently are all within the North West Bay Area. These sites are generally accessible during the South East wind season.
NORTH EAST INSHORE OR SHORT-RANGE DIVE SITES:
Inshore sites off North East Mahe are occaisonally accessed during the North-West wind season (from December through to March) and are generally less than 5 km away from our departure point in Victoria harbour.
LONG RANGE DIVE SITES:
Long range sites are more than 5 km away from our base in Beau Vallon; they tend to be accessible only in good sea conditions and so are not available all year around. Because they are further away they are slightly more expensive to cover the increased fuel costs and time involved in getting to them.
